Ukraine National 1994+ Editable PSD Template

   The 1994 passport is a saddle stitched booklet with a size of 88 x 125 millimeters, which consists of a red cover and 32 (64 or 96) pages.
All pages of the passport are numbered and on each of them the State Emblem of Ukraine is depicted, the inscription "Ukraine" is made and the passport number is perforated.
    In the upper part of the front side of the cover, the word "Passport" is printed in gold foil, below - the image of the State Emblem of Ukraine, under it - the word "Ukraine". On the inner left side of the cover, the word "Ukraine" is printed across the top. Below on the left is the word "Passport" and under it there is a place for a photograph of the bearer of the passport (the size of a photograph is 35 x 45 millimeters). On the right - information about the type, state code, passport number, as well as surname, first name, patronymic, citizenship, date of birth, gender, place of birth of the bearer of the passport, date of issue and the authority that issued the passport, expiration date of the passport. At the bottom there is a full-width bar for machine readable information.
     After the appropriate text filling and placement of the photo, the inner side of the cover is sealed with foil.
     On the first page of the passport at the top, the words are written - "Passport validity extended until" (Ukrainian "Passport term extended to"). In the middle across the inscription “Passport is the property of Ukraine” (Ukrainian “Passport to the power of Ukraine”), under it there are two columns - in Ukrainian and English with an appeal from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine with a request to facilitate the trip for the holder of the passport and provide him with the necessary assistance and protection.
